OPERATIONS CONTROLLER

We are looking for an experienced hands on OPERATIONS CONTROLLER to be part of our team. The person should have served in private security for a minimum of 10 years at a rank above that of a Security Officer.

JOB DESCRIPTIONDevelop and implement security policies, protocols and proceduresRecruit, train and supervise security officers, checkers and guardsPlan and co-ordinate security operations and review reports on incidentsProduce monthly reportsNegotiate and retain clients in liaison with the Business Development Officer

PERSON SPECIFICATIONHND in Security ManagementComputer literateClean Class $ & 3 driver’s licenceAny other relevant qualifications will be an added advantageTeam player who is able to work under pressureProactive and results oriented
