Operations and Productions Coordinator – Identities Media Holdings

A media start up company is looking to fill up the above mentioned opportunity that has arisen. The person must have worked and been responsible for broadcasts and tv production as a producer or junior producer for at least one year at a reputable media company/organisation. They should have completed a degree or higher national diploma in journalism and media studies amongst any other technical and administrative qualifications. They should possess the following skills and qualities:

– Ability to manage and coordinate tv show processes and crew, as well as online broadcasting production processes and ensuring deadlines and quality are met
– Skills in video editing a must
– Skills in graphic designing an added advantage
– Ability to coordinate various production stakeholders including broadcasters and clients.
– The person be able to write hard news and feature stories.
– Journalism skills for print and broadcasting with a strong online skills and experience
– Supervising social media activities
– Experience in managing production equipment.
– Experience in managing in-house Production team
– Good communication skills at personal and professional level is a basic requirement.
– A hard working committed individual with excellency and self drive.
– Should be one hundred percent available with no other commitments
– They should have self drive.
– Ability to work under pressure.
– Ability to work with minimum supervision and delivering targets
– Be highly professional.
