Key Responsibilities
- Customer service
- Sourcing and processing accurate orders, quotes and invoicing
- Service delivery to both service teams & retail clients
- Able to achieve monthly targets
- Build strong retail and wholesale relationships
- Contribute to department sales growth
- Assist with administrative duties
Requirements
- Sales & Marketing Degree or Equivalent
- Corporate sales experience
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably automotive sales
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in customer service or client relationship management
- Strong knowledge of Toyota,Ford and Mercedes automotive parts
- Sales or Procurement degree
- Experience in stock control, ordering, and inventory control
- Strong panel sales experience and technically minded.
- Ability to work within a team
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills as well as time management.
- Valid driver’s license
