• Customer service
• Sourcing and processing accurate orders, quotes and invoicing
• Service delivery to both service teams & retail clients

Requirements

• Sales & Marketing Degree or Equivalent
• Corporate sales experience
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably automotive sales
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in customer service or client relationship management
• Strong knowledge of Toyota,Ford and Mercedes automotive parts
• Sales or Procurement degree
• Experience in stock control, ordering, and inventory control
• Strong panel sales experience and technically minded.
• Ability to work within a team
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills as well as time management.
• Valid driver’s license
