Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Job Purpose

MyCash is looking for a group of young and energetic Brand Ambassadors to work alongside our Customer Acquisition Team to promote the MyCash Brand as well as our products and services and get people interested and excited enough about MyCash to open an account, load funds and start transacting with MyCash. The Brand Ambassador role is a part-time job which means you may or may not work every day of the month.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote all the benefits of MyCash to potential clients and refer them to the CAT team you are working with to complete sign up process
Attend Brand Ambassador briefings at MyCash Head Office regularly, where you will be briefed on any specific promotions
Attend initial product training at MyCash Head Office
Arrive at promotions on time and dressed in the promo uniform to help CATs set up for the day and to collect your marketing material – you will be responsible for handing out flyers, telling people about MyCash products and services and upselling the benefits of MyCash. You will be responsible for directing people to the MyCash gazebo to sign up for an account
Track the number of people you refer per day by logging your referrals with the CAT team lead on duty
You will assist with KYC’s to ensure smooth processing of client sign ups
