Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive student recruitment and enrolment.
  • Plan and execute digital, social media and community campaigns.
  • Create engaging content and manage enquiries from prospective parents and students.
  • Organise open days, school tours and marketing events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, parents and key stakeholders.
  • Follow up on leads and support the admissions process.
  • Track campaign results and enrolment targets and provide regular reports.
  • Perform any other related duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Marketing.
  • 2-5 years’ relevant experience in a marketing role within a school or educational environment (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in student recruitment and enrolment strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, proactive and target-oriented with a passion for education.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent digital marketing and content creation skills.
