Suitably qualified, experienced and motivated candidates are invited to apply for the position of IS Scrum Master which has arisen in Technology Services Department.

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Projects and Business Analysis Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following, among others:

• Facilitating scrum events as requested or needed.
• Tracking work progress to identify blockages and developer divergence from allocated tasks.
• Removing blockers with extreme prejudice when raised by development team.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Ensuring that the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product backlog to maximise value.
• Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Ensuring Systems and Applications comply with user story, BRD and FSD.
• Ensuring all solutions are developed as per the defined procedures and working as defined in the sprint/iteration document.

Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of project management, business analysis, banking technologies, banking systems.
• Analytical, communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology.
• Project management Professional Training.
