Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Organizational Behavior
• A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior or Business Administration
• Professional Diploma in Personnel Management or Labour relations
• At least 5 years working experience at the same level
• MS Excel is a must
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Knowledge of the HR Systems
• In depth knowledge of the labour law
• Organizational skills
• Good analytical skills
• Good team player
• Good communication skills
