Key Responsibilities

  • Develop gender-sensitive policies and programs
  • Conduct awareness campaigns on gender equality
  • Coordinate wellness initiatives and health programs
  • Organize training and workshops
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on gender and wellness issues.
  • Any other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Gender Studies, Psychology, or related.
  • Experience in gender advocacy or wellness programs.
  • Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.
