Exciting opportunities have arisen for recent University Graduates not earlier than 2016 to join the 2018 First Mutual Graduate Programme.

Successful applicants will undergo training in the following disciplines
• MARKETING AND SALES
• FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING
• HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
• HEALTH INSURANCE
• PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/ PROPERTY INVESTMENTS
• INVESTMENTS/ WEALTH CREATION

Qualifications

An upper second degree class or better in any of the following programmes or equivalent

• Insurance and Risk Management
• Rural & Urban planning/ Real Estate Management/Property Management/Facilities Management
• Economics/ Business Studies/Finance
• Finance/Accountancy
• Marketing/ Sales
• Human Resources/ Psychology
• Must be 25 years old or below as at 1 August 2018
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated, tales imitative
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Results oriented able to use Microsoft Office 2013 particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Studying towards relevant professional qualifications an added advantage
