Financial Services Administrator

We are looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join our team based in Harare. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The Administrator ensures the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth. The role will support Wealth Advisors by providing administration and client co-ordination for pension, retirement, wealth, and investment planning.

Job Description:

• Providing support and administrative duties for

Wealth Advisors

• Prepare files for new and existing clients
• Obtaining quotes & valuations
• Preparing documentation for client meetings
• Submitting business cases to providers
• Responding to client enquiries
• Liaising with providers and third-party stakeholders
• Developing and updating back-office systems
• Ad hoc administration duties

Candidate specification:

• Organised and efficient
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
• Be professional and offer good communications skills both written & verbal
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Degree in banking/finance/insurance/administration or similar
