CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER & FINANCE DIRECTOR – Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Holdings (ZSE Holdings)

ZSE Holdings is an investment holding company whose subsidiaries include the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE), Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX) and Zimbabwe Entrepreneurship Exchange (ZEEX).

The Group has expanded its service offering through products and services including ZSE Direct and VFEX Direct mobile trading platforms, Data Direct market data services, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Depository Receipts (DRs).

ZSE Holdings is seeking an exceptional Chief Finance Officer & Finance Director to build a forward-looking finance function for a changing capital-markets group.

This is a Board-level appointment. The CFO & Finance Director will sit as an ex-officio member of the ZSE Holdings Board and will develop and own the Group’s financial strategy.
