Farms (Ingwe/Pension/Crowborough)

Reports To: Farms Manager

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill in the above vacant positions.

KEY RESULT AREAS

✓ Plans and coordinates farm activities
✓ Responsible for planning and controlling activities pertaining to crap and beef production on the farm ✓ Responsible for the security of cattle and all farm assets.
✓ Implementing management controls and farm plans including budgetary Control
✓ Development of strict cattle breeding programs
✓ Responsible for the capital and revenue budgeting of the three farms
✓ Performance Monitoring and Management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

✓ Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent with a bias towards animal husbandry
✓ At least five (5) years relevant agricultural experience at supervisory level.
✓An Administrative diploma
✓ A degree in Agriculture will be an added advantage.
✓ A clean class four driver’s license
