Our organisation is going through an exciting turnaround and is seeking to recruit highly qualified and experienced individuals to join our dynamic and professional team. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following position:-

E-Learning Officer

Duties & Responsibilities reporting to the Director-Human Resources & Administration, the position shall be responsible for among other duties:
• Administers the company’s E-Learning platform;
• Orients all staff on the functionality of the E – Learning platform;
• Prepares and monitors the annual budget for E-Learning section;
• Prepares material, uploads on the platform as well as evaluates the impact of the E- Learning initiatives;
• Assists the Talent Development section with classroom training facilitation.

Person Specifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences or equivalent;
• IPMZ Training Diploma & ICDL certification;
• At least 3 years practical e-learning training experience;
• A dean class 4 driver’s licence
• Strong command of both spoken and written English Language;
