Major Activities of the Job

• Compiles and consolidate the Digital Services capital and expenditure budget annually in consultation with the Digital Innovation Director

• Monitors and Interpret Digital Services cash flows and predicting future trend,

• Develops, maintain and ensure compliance in the internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.

• Coordinates and complete annual audits for the business unit and identity training needs of staff.

• Develops and maintain financial reports whenever nevi standards are introduced.

• Prepares and present Digital Services financial reports monthly for management’s decision making and external auditors.

• Analyses cash flow position of the business and advice management on its ability to meet financial obligations.

• Establishes all taxes and related transactions to be paid to ZIMRA and submissions of respective returns. • Manages and develops effective relationships with strategic clients, suppliers, bankers, partners, third parties and internal customers.

• Keeps and update debtors and creditors ledgers monthly.

• Completes related tasks as required.

Qualifications / Experience

• A Degree in Financial Accounting.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant.

• Plus 3 years relevant experience with 2 years at Supervisory level.

• Strong management, Analytical and mentoring skills.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Good interpersonal skills with employees at all level.

• Ability to analyse financial data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely fashion

• Ability to think strategically.
