Applicants must have at toast a Higher National Diploma in Office, Management/Secretarial Studies or equivalent, typing 50 wpm and, shorthand 100 wpm and at least 5 Ordinary level passes including English Language. Proficiency in a wide range of IT applications such as Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint is a must. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience V a University environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include provision of administrative and secretarial support to Senior Management, coordinate day to day office activities, diary management, organising meetings and collating relevant papers, managing office systems including records management, taking minutes, preparation of reports, mail management, receiving visitors, handling telephone calls, enquiries and attending to queries.
