Requirements

• A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent international designation (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
• A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in senior financial leadership roles, with a proven track record in strategic finance.
• Preference for a strong background in the mining, natural resources, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Extensive experience in corporate finance, including raising capital (debt/equity), M&A, and treasury management.
• Deep expertise in IFRS and experience reporting to a Board and Audit Committee.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
