we are currently seeking qualified candidates for an excellent career and leadership opportunity in our Financial Services Sector. Our talented and dedicated Financial Services professionals deliver assurance solutions to many types of entities including funds, banks and insurance companies.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Manage key components of multiple engagements including the strategy, planning, risk assessment, team management, engagement economics and delivery of exceptional client service:
• Take a lead role in the consultation process for complex accounting or auditing issues:
• Understand our service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients;
• Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring all levels of staff:
• Consulting with clients on complex accounting Issues:
• Collaborating with partners and clients to influence strategy, balancing risk and client expectations:
• Ensuring our engagement team thoroughly understands our clients* unique needs, ambitions and expectations;
• Building relationships with colleagues across multi pie service lines to provide seamless integrated service:
• Managing performance and identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes;
• Assist partners with generating new business opportunities and building client networks and relationships:
• Understand our service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients:
• Build strong internal relationships within Assurance: and
• Manage all financial aspects of client engagements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• CA(Z)/CA (SA) or equivalent;
• 2 – 5 years post qualifying experience in a similar external audit role and in a likeminded firm;
• Thorough knowledge of current auditing techniques:
• Sound business, client, team and personal leadership skills including verbal communication and presentation skills: and
