Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits
- Identify risks and recommend practical solutions
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Review branch operations and improve efficiency
- Prepare clear audit reports and support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIA, etc.) is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ auditing experience (microfinance/ banking preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
