DUTIES
Compiles, maintains and updates administration records
Sets up appointments, schedules meetings, distributes reports and manages the correspondence between the office and external bodies
Coordinates all administrative issues
Sorts and files manual documents/correspondence both manual and electronic
Assembles materials for mailing
Types letters, reports and other documents
Handles cash transactions including petty cash
Accounts for stocks and other resources
Assists in the managing employee welfare
Participates in planning activities
Manages the front office
REQUIREMENTS
O levels including Maths and English
Studying towards a diploma or degree in administration or any related field
