The Account Executive is responsible for managing commercial and retail accounts and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing retail channel account customers.
- Initiate sales process
- Closing sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objectives and preparing proposals
- Communicating and implementing relevant sales promotions
- Ensuring customers comply with regulatory requirements and adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Achieving sales targets
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Contribute information towards market strategy.
- Issuing documents requested by customers.
- Completing administration work as required.
- Sales reports contribution
Requirements
- Interpersonal skills
- Good investigating skills
- Analytical skills
- Quality Management System ISO 2015.
- At least 5 O’ Levels including Mathematics and English Language
- Degree in Sales / Marketing or equivalent
- Clean Class 4 driver’s license
- At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial environment
