Key Responsibilities

• Recording and processing all financial and accounting practices, including management reports.
• Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needs.
• Managing important department deadlines.
• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process of Bank accounts and pettycash.
• Responsible for receiving and disbursing of cash
• Preparation of requisitions for payment and loading on to payment system.
• Statutory submissions – Preparation and submission of Group VAT and loading on Zimra Platform.
• Preparation of Audit files, assist and represent the company during Internal & External Audits.
• Preparation of reconciliations.
• Invoicing
• Journal processing.

• Proficient in Excel.
• Able to fit in with our accounting team in a dynamic & fast-moving business.
• Accounting Degree.
