STAFF VACANCY

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill in the position of Designated Agent (DA) with the National Employment Council for the Security Industry of Zimbabwe (NECSIZ).

DESIGNATED AGENT

Role Overview:

Reporting to the NECSIZ GS, the DA will need to be registered with the Ministry of Labour.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Designated Agent

The successful candidate will do the following, among other tasks:

• Conciliating and arbitrating labour disputes in accordance with the Labour Act
• Carrying out Inspections and enforcing compliance
• Collecting levies and subscriptions from members

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Human Resources or equivalent with a minimum 2.2 degree classification
• Sound knowledge of the Security Industry

Attributes

• Mature individual with good interpersonal skills
• Clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence is a must
• Having your own vehicle will be an added advantage
