EPZ Global is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Human Resources Analyst to support its strategic decision-making processes by leveraging HR data and workforce insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting complex data, building HR dashboards, and providing actionable reports to executive leadership.

•Collect, compile, and analyse HR data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and workforce metrics

•Develop dynamic dashboards and visual reports to support business intelligence within the HR function

•Utilise predictive analytics to identify workforce trends and forecast hiring or attrition risks

•Generate accurate and timely reports for Executive Committees (EXCO), Board presentations, and ad hoc requests

•Collaborate with HR and business units to ensure data quality and to interpret analytics results for strategic use

•A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline

•Certifications in Data Analytics or related statistical fields (preferred)

•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

•Strong working knowledge of statistical analysis software such as SPSS, Power BI, or equivalent reporting tools

•Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar HR analytics or data reporting role

•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

•High level of attention to detail and data accuracy

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

•Strong problem-solving abilities and business acumen
