Leaf Production Administrative Officer – Agricultural Sector

You must be a specialist in Finance Reconciliation/Excel/Data Analyst work.

The role is multi faceted and includes the following:

Authorisation and documentation of input distribution in accordance with approved cash flows;
Administration of Grower Contracts as a supporting role to the Legal Department;
Administration and reconciliation of Grower Loan Accounts as a supporting role to the Leaf Production Financial Controller;
Administration of various reporting spreadsheets as a supporting role to the Leaf Production Financial Controller;
Administration of Small Scale Sector Grower Loan Accounts and selling portfolios and contract registration.

You must retain excellent Excel skills – preferably at an advanced level and be able to work with data sheets. They must possess good organisational abilities and being able to communicate effectively and have a friendly disposition as they would be dealing extensively with farmers. Previous data analytical experience from the tobacco sector would be a distinct advantage.
