Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and quarterly board reports in compliance with IFRS and IAS standards.
- Develop financial budgets, track actuals versus budget monthly, and present comprehensive variance analyses on revenues and expenses.
- Direct cash flow management, working capital prioritisation, and investment monitoring.
- Enforce financial policies, departmental procedures, ISO quality standards, and statutory/regulatory compliance.
