JOB PURPOSE
The Key Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the relationship of the company with its strategic clients, growing business by identifying and selling ICT-related products to existing and potential customers and maintaining long-lasting, profitable relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competitors.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Generate new sales that will turn into long-lasting and profitable relationships.
- On-board existing and new clients on Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Respond and resolve any issues and challenges faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust.
- Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
- Conduct sales campaigns.
- Develop and enhance the brand of the company.
- Coordinate sales activities with other departments.
- Research competitors’ products and services and come up with recommendations.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Any other duties as delegated by superiors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, ICT or related discipline.
- Marketing diploma and certificate will be an added advantage.
- IBM certification or any other ICT certifications will be an added advantage.
- Clean class 4 driver’s license is a requirement.
- At least 3 years in a sales and marketing environment or a technical qualification.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Executive.

- Experience in Sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
