Key Responsibilities
- Property Management
- Company Houses (Management of company houses, rent booking of invoices sent by Dawn properties and to be paid each month)
- Persistent follow up on rent income from Dawn properties
- Residential properties – Company occupied and those leased by tenants
- Checking of levies, caretakers and city of Harare bills
- Radio and Tv annual licensing paid annually
- Monthly debit notes, set off journal and FEC on management fee, monthly rent reconciliations
- Advise cashier of rentals received and split by tenant
- Renovations and faults- escalate Marozva
- Company vehicles
- Vehicle issue and return
- Pool car management and service scheduling
- Monthly fuel allocation maximum
- Licensing for all vehicles
- Disposals and acquisitions
- Vehicle Asset Register update
- Accidents, record keeping on the accidents file, issuing book and insurance to ensure vehicle is repaired by insurer and police reports are made via the employee
- Fire extinguishers service
- Ensure all vehicles have required accessories – fire extinguishers, reflectors, vests, etc
