This includes supervising staff at the office and inspecting all construction companies in the region, ensuring adherence of employers and employees in the construction industry to the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreements, thereby complying with the Labour Act.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unpacking the industry’s Collective Bargaining Agreements and the Labour Act to employers and employees.
  • Conducting routine site inspections to ensure compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreements, the Labour Act and safety standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the area office.
  • Foster and maintain effective relationships with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
