Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and timeously for all employees
- Process end-to-end payroll, including gross earnings (salaries, wages, overtime, and bonuses), deductions, and statutory compliance calculations for PAYE, AIDS Levy, NSSA, and NEC.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns, including Tarms uploads (ZIMRA), NSSA P4s, and NEC returns.
- Maintain and update payroll records & employee data in the Belina Payroll system.
- Reconcile payroll reports and liaise with Finance for payments.
- Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, current statutory instruments, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with payroll audits and provide reports to management when required.
- Handle contracts, leave records, and benefits administration.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Payroll Management or related field
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of ZIMRA PAYE, NSSA, NEC and Zimbabwe Labor Law
- Proficiency in payroll software: Belina
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
