Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Transmission Graduate Trainee that has arisen in the Corporation. The Transmission Graduate Trainee will report to the Engineer. Support the operation, maintenance, monitoring and development of radio and television transmission infrastructure while acquiring practical engineering and technical skills in broadcasting transmission.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installation and commissioning of FM radio and Digital TV transmitters.
- Support routine maintenance of transmission equipment and site infrastructure.
- Participate in troubleshooting faults on transmitters, antennas, and feeder systems.
- Assist in monitoring transmitter performance (power levels, signal quality, alarms).
- Support field activities including site inspections, upgrades, and refurbishments.
- Assist in maintaining transmission towers, earthing systems, and site security infrastructure.
- Participate in coverage measurements and validation exercises.
- Assist in maintaining site logs, maintenance records, and technical reports.
- Support installation and maintenance of power systems (generators, solar systems).
- Adhere to safety standards, especially when working at heights or around electrical systems.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- A Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering and Electrical Engineering or related.
