Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential clients within assigned areas.
- Promote and market loan and savings products to potential clients.
- Conduct client interviews and assessments.
- Prepare loan applications and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely follow up on loan repayments.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
- Attend to clients’ queries and provide financial literacy where required.
- Submit daily reports and updates.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent
- 0-2 years experience in microfinance or sales
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned region
- Must be a Zimbabwean citizen.
- Clean criminal record.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
