Key Responsibilities

• Support in processing daily transactions and recording in the accounting system.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts and other ledgers.
• Assist in preparation of schedules and financial reports.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of financial documents.
• Support in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 0-1 year experience in accounts or finance (advantageous but not essential).
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Honest, reliable and able to work in a team environment.
• Must be a Zimbabwean citizen.
• Clean criminal record.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
