ABACUS360 are chartered accountants, consultants, company secretaries, tax advisors and recruiters for senior finance and accounting roles, up to CFO level, based in Lusaka, Zambia and Kigali, Rwanda. We have recently been established in Harare, Zimbabwe.
Continued business growth has led to the need for an experienced Quality Control and Training Manager at our Lusaka and Harare offices.

Statement of responsibilities
As part of the firm’s risk management process, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Firm adheres to commonly accepted standards. These standards include Audit and Financial Reporting Standards, Guidelines, Tools and Techniques, Code of Professional Conduct and other applicable standards. The candidate must be able to design and implement a framework of minimum and essential references regarding how the Firm should perform work and act in a professional manner. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for spearheading the training of team members on use of various accounting and auditing packages that may be in use from time to time.

CA Zimbabwe or a similar IFAC recognised designation that includes Auditing and Financial reporting as core subjects.
At least 6 years external audit experience, superior proficiency in CaseWare, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and working knowledge of computerised audit and accounting softwares.
