TEAM LEADER – Small Uprising Company

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage a team
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team
• Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved
• Train, mentor, and develop team members
• Motivate the team to improve productivity and performance
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Conduct field visits with team members to monitor performance
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Hold team meetings and performance review meetings
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing new team members
• Handle customer complaints and resolve problems
• Ensure discipline, professionalism, and good teamwork
• Report team performance and challenges to management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in sales or team supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage people
