Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and manage a team
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved
- Train, mentor, and develop team members
- Motivate the team to improve productivity and performance
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct field visits with team members to monitor performance
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Hold team meetings and performance review meetings
- Assist in recruiting and interviewing new team members
- Handle customer complaints and resolve problems
- Ensure discipline, professionalism, and good teamwork
- Report team performance and challenges to management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in sales or team supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage people
