Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure ERP on server and client work station
  • Ensure proper network connectivity and database access
  • Implement system integration of SAGE Evolution with other software
  • Implement encryption, firewall and back-up security measures
  • Facilitate financial reporting by ensuring date is organised and accessible
  • Ensure ERP system remains compliant with Public Sector Accounting Standards
  • Train staff on system usage, best practices and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Systems Administration
  • Knowledge of SAGE Evolution and LADS is an added advantage
  • Local Authority experience is an added advantage
  • At least 25 years of age
