REPORTS TO SALES MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY
A plastic manufacturing organization is looking to engage a qualified and experienced person. The position requires an individual with experience in the plastics manufacturing industry. As the organization has aggressive expansion plans, we require a high calibre, proven sales professional with significant plastics sales experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales outlets.
✓ Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase
✓ Establish new clients/markets.
✓ Drive volume and visibility index in the market
✓ Achieve high visibility & volume share in the market
✓ Maintain positive relation with customers and uplift the perception/image of the brand with prompt response

Qualifications and Experience

COMPETENCIES
✓ Proven knowledge of Plastics Industry is mandatory (not negotiable)
✓ Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Knowledge of MS Office
✓ Ability to work independently and drive sales strategy

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
✓ Degree in Sales/ Marketing /Business Management or Equivalent
✓ Post Graduate qualification as IMM, CIM etc
✓ Good knowledge of the plastics industry is a pre-requisite.
✓ A minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a similar role in the plastic manufacturing industry.
