Key Responsibilities
- The Mining Manager will lead underground mining operations across the Group, focusing on production strategy, plan compliance, cost per tonne and an uncompromising Zero Harm culture.
- The Senior Processing role will direct metallurgical performance across Group plants, covering recovery, throughput, reagent and cost efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
- The Senior Projects Engineering role will support the Group capital project portfolio end to end, including engineering standards, scope, cost and schedule governance.
- The Mining Engineer will provide technical assistance and support to mining operations, drive project implementation and cost optimisation, and ensure mining sections are run in a safe, efficient and productive manner.
Requirements
- 15+ years of gold mining experience, including 5 years at senior management level.
- Experience in Group production, budget and capital planning.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor multi-site mine management teams.
- BSc in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.
- 15+ years of gold processing experience.
- Experience with CIL/CIP, elution, gravity and flotation circuits.
- Senior plant leadership experience across multiple operations.
- BSc Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in mining projects, including 5 years in a lead role.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle, including feasibility, budgets, contractors and handover.
- Strong contract, cost and project risk control.
- Diploma/BSc Honours in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
- Full blasting licence.
- Minimum 4 years’ progressive experience in large-scale underground operations as a Mining Engineer.
- Experience in drilling and blasting, material handling and hoisting.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Valid Certificate of Fitness.
