Greenamp is an FMCG manufacturing company developing everyday household brands across a variety of retail channels.
We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager.

Key Performance Areas-
Drive sales in all channels to ensure profitability
Implement Pricing Strategies, areas and channels
Develop customer growth plans
Explore market opportunities for growth and development
Manage the sales budget
Manage the activations team
Address all customer related issues
Monitor & ensure distribution service levels are maintained
Ensure sufficient product availability
Interact with top end buyers/stores owners/store managers on business strategies
Formulate strategies and processes to manage sales volume growth
Manage new team roll out in line with growth strategy
Oversee route/area analysis
Management of route/area/customer profitability and sales
Conduct negotiations with buyers/store managers on space
Conduct/manage price negotiations with customers
Track and report on sales
Optimise the product range
Maintain monthly sales review with buyers/store managers
Drive operational strategies in line with business plans
Support regular reporting to senior management, General Manager
Ensure the correct level & frequency of training is done with sales reps, merchandisers, activations team & demo teams
Target setting for sales teams
Formulate incentive schemes to support sales teams

Drivers Licence
Minimum of 3 years driving experience
Own transport
Business English: Fluent
Management experience
Advance computer knowledge: Excel/Word/Powerpoint
