Job Description

We’re seeking a Sales Engineer to handle product inquiries, provide training, and resolve technical issues related to lubricants and filters.

Duties and Responsibilities

*Product handling and demonstrations
• Training for staff and customers.
• Resolving internal and external technical queries.
• ⁠Focus on lubricants and filters across all segments.
• Carrying out promotions in high street, including Micro-Marketing.
• Reporting on customer complaints and feedback in the segment. Establishment and management of an effective customer database system.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 “O” Level passes (including English Language and Mathematics)
• Diploma or degree in Mechanics or Automotive studies
• ⁠Marketing qualification (added advantage)
• ⁠ Valid Driver’s License with 3+ years driving experience
