We are a fruit and veggie company looking for a young and vibrant marketing assistant to join the team who will support the work of marketing managers and executives on projects directed at maximizing company profits

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting in conducting active market research, including competitor price watch, customer feedback gathering
• Resolving minor issues such as checkout issues and customer queries Assisting the merchandiser to ensure that shelves are adequately stocked, and the shop-floor clean and presentable
• Assisting in ensuring that branding standards are maintained in-store (e.g. price tags, hangings, banners, etc)
• Assisting with updating of documents and records for sales and marketing
• Assisting with checkout processes in high volume periods
• Assisting in conducting regular checks on dispatched store orders to ensure order accuracy
• Assisting in executing marketing campaigns
• Assisting with records management
• Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Officers and completing allocated tasks

Qualifications and Experience

• Studying towards a sales, marketing, business administration or related field
• At least 1 year’s relevant working experience
• Working knowledge of order management and point of sale systems and added advantage
