Principal Job Responsibilities
Sign up and activate all key distribution points in Zimbabwe. 2. Manage Distribution Officers and develop sales and activity promotions to increase customer base. 3. Formulates and designs regional sales and profitability plan for One Money channels. 4. Sets and agrees targets for the region. Analyses performance against potential to determine sales target by the region and by product. 6. Tracks safes and analyse performance -daily, weekly and monthly in line with the regional targets. 7. Oversees the profitability by channel and product in line with market potential. 8. Design and implement integrated retail value proposition (IRVP). 9. Design and implement customer plans for key customers. 10. Monitors sales initiatives in the regional shops to ensure satisfactory resolution of customer queues 11. Conducts trade visits and design and implement strategies to improve business performance. 12. Monitors. review and implement Sales and Customer services’ processes and procedures. 13. Designs and implement agent distribution framework. 14, Approves and facilitates the deployment of One Money services in all strategic areas by channel. 15. Assesses float availability and ensure there are no stock-outs across all channels in the region. 16. Evaluates monthly audit checklists for shops in the region and take remedial action. 17. Maintains working relationships with service providers and other external parties within the region (e.g. City Councils, Zest TelOne, etc).
Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce or equivalent. 5 years’ experience in Sales and Distribution at FMCG or Mobile Financial Services, 3 of which should be at managerial level.
Demonstrated sales success – energized by meeting and exceeding sales goals. Outstanding relationship management, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Ability to work autonomously, self-motivated and self-directed. Ability to travel extensively within an assigned region.
