SALES AND ADMIN ASSISTANT

VACANCY

We are looking for an organized and self-driven Sales and Admin Assistant to provide administrative support, generate quotes, communicate with customers, and plan jobs for our technical team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate quotes for customers based on their requirements.
2. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to discuss their security needs and provide support.
3. Plan and schedule jobs for the technical team, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.
4. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth execution of jobs and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and job schedules.
6. Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
7. Provide general support to the operations team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and liaising with customers.
8. Social media management skills essential.
9. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and administrative role.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
6. Valid driver’s licence.7. Previous experience in the security industry will be advantageous.
