Position Overview
Wildfin Microfinance is seeking enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Agents to join its growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, promoting financial products, and enhancing customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with new clients
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Provide consistent and professional customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Identify client needs and respond with appropriate product recommendations
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about existing and upcoming financial products
• Conduct follow-ups with customers as needed
• Meet with customers to understand their financial goals and suggest tailored solutions

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• At least two good A-Level passes in commercial subjects (e.g., Accounting, Business Studies, Economics)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
• Customer-focused mindset
