 SAFETY, HEALTH,ENVIRONMENTS QUALITY MANAGER.

Station: Harare.
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer. Period: Five- year renewable fixed term contract.

Key Result Areas 
1. Implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS t) based on the AfSBT step- wise accreditation standards.
2. Implementing and maintaining a sound Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental programme.
3. Integrating other related standards to the Quality Management System of the Service e.g. ISO I M25. ISO 14001, GMP GLP, TQM and SAZ 801 as mandated by the Executive Management.
4. Reviewing the QMS and OHSE training requirements of appropriate staff.
5. Managing the internal and external QMS and OHSE audit programmes, including presentation et final audit reports to Management.
6. Coordinating, convening and providing secretarial services in Management Review Meetings.
7. Regularly reporting to the CEO on the performance of the QMS and OHSE systems.
8. Coordinating the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action Plans by Departmental managers.
9. Contributing to the quality review of suppliers’ contracts.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Sciences (HBMLS) or equivalent
City and Guilds part 2 in Quality Assurance
Valid Quality management Auditors’ certificate
Occupational Safety Health Environment Management Course (OSHEMAC)
Supervisory management qualification
Clean class 4 driver’s license
