Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and attend to patients at the reception desk in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle patient registration, appointments and enquiries.
  • Manage patient billing (both paper and computer based).
  • Process and follow up medical aid claims.
  • Maintain and update books of accounting and related financial records.
  • Handle phone calls, emails and other correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support to the clinic.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent patient service.

Requirements

  • Ordinary Level qualification with Mathematics (REQUIRED).
  • Accounting at Ordinary Level (ADDED ADVANTAGE).
  • Qualifications in Accounting and/or Business Management (ADDED ADVANTAGE).
  • Nurse Aide Diploma (ADDED ADVANTAGE).
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and other MS Office applications).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
