Admin and Logistics Officer – Action Aid Zimbabwe 4254 views

The Postholder will develop, implement and monitor administrative and logistics plans, ensure administration and logistics related policies and procedures are in place and updated, ensure all administration and logistics activities are performed effectively and efficiently at national office, local rights programs and projects and ensure organizational contracts and agreements related to administration and logistics are well managed.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or equivalent.
• Professional course or practical experience covering Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Travel and Logistics, Executive Management Assistance and Program Support.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in the areas mentioned above

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Strong logistics skills and strong administration background
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and under pressure;
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to generate accurate meeting minutes and provide executive secretarial backstopping
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment and take initiative.
