Project Officer: Local NGO

A local NGO is looking for skilled, passionate and committed professionals to implement the PATHWAYS project, which is a child centred, family focused and community package intervention. The aim of the project is to use economic strengthening, local ownership and gender transformation to strengthen the capacity of HIV affected individuals households and communities to progress along PATHWAYS out of poverty, along functional services referral pathways, along continuum of care pathways to reach the 90-90-90 targets, and along age and stage appropriate PATHWAYS. The PATHWAYS projects also aims to promote positive child, adolescent and youth health, well-being and development. The positions will be based in Nkayi district and interested professionals should be prepared to work in a rural setting.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences or similar qualification. Minimum of 5 years experience in HIV/AIDS and Child protection programming in an NGO setting. The incumbent should be knowledgeable in Savings and Internal Lending Communities (SILC). Monitoring and Evaluation qualification and clean class 4 driver’s licence.
