Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives aligned with organisational strategic objectives.

- At least 7 years of relevant experience in business transformation, operations management, programme management, process improvement or strategy execution.
- A proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business benefits.
- Experience in process optimisation, operating model improvements, operational efficiency, risk and control management and customer experience enhancements.
- Proficiency in process design, process mapping and performance reporting solutions.
